God works in very mysterious ways. There was a listing for an independant Spriit-Filled church in North Carolina on a website that Dad found. So he sent his info to them and they responded. After praying about it, Dad and Mom flet that this wasn't God's will. So Dad sent an email telling them that God said no.
Tis interesting how God works... Last time we faced the end of a teaching job and Dad was called to the ministry, God opened the doors very quickly. But now it appears He has a different plan. I'm hoping that God will open the doors soon.
Now where was it...? I was reading in Ezekiel today and came upon an awesome verse... *heads off to Bible Gateway*
Here we go...
Ezekiel 11:19 & 20 "And I will give them one heart, and put a new spirit within them. And I will take the heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, that they may walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances and do them. Then they will be My people, and I shall be their God."
What a promise! Very cool couple of verses.
Well, tis time for me to head to bed. Been working on my KC journal and I'm about to recent happenings. Once I get them written in and converted to HTML, I'll be able to update this site! Yay!
