Well, Registration is over. Went very smooth. I have 13 regular credits and 1 independent study.
Argument and Style (writing course) - 2nd period MTF
Biology Lab -- 3rd period M
Church History I -- 4 period MWF
Biology II -- 5th period MWF
OT Survey II -- Extended 4th period T and Th
Spiritual Formation II -- 3rd Period F
Learning Skills Enrichment -- 6th Period T and Th
Not a bad schedule at all. I bought most of the books that I need. I had bought a book off of half.com that turned out to be the wrong edition. So I'll either have to go ahead and use the loan money for the right one or look for the other edition that should work. I'll resell the other one.
Oh, speaking about half.com... I think I'm going to start finding things to sell and start a little ebay business... maybe. I have to figure out my schedule at the computer lab and then see about getting a job. We shall see what happens.
Money is getting tight, but I know God is providing.
I got my new glasses lense for the left eye and a new contact for the right. (thus the reason money is tight... *grins*) The left lense is awesome! I'm seeing much more sharpely than before. Now we shall see about the new contact tomorrow when I put it in.
I know you're curious about my grades... (okay maybe not, but you should be! I worked hard for these!) 3 A's, 1 A-, 2 B's, a Pass, and a Non-Passed. Very pleased about that. The NP was Study Skills as an independent and didn't affect my GPA (3.765!!!), but it was my fault. I didn't take the initiative and talk to the teacher as often as I needed to. I really should have dropped it. Oh well, what's done is done and I'm glad it was an IS.
Tomorrow's the first day of classes. Should be interesting getting into the grind again. I pray that with a job I'll still put as much effort into the classes as possible.
