Yes, I know, it's been a long time since I've updated and if Yaccs was working you, my darling fans, would be screaming for a post. *grins* Well, here ya go, though I don't know how it's going to turn out.

Summer is over! I thought it'd never end. It's been nice being home, but I've changed and the home lifestyle is and isn't comfortable for me. I've been struggling spiritually because of my laziness and tendancy to let my flesh take control. And of course, my independent self has clashed a bit with the parents. It's something I regret and I apologize to Mom and Dad for my attitude. But I do know that I'm my own person and there's things that I do that we're going to conflict on. Guess that inevitable when you have a college boy returning for the summer.

Work was good, but I'm glad it's over too. Fast food is definitely not what I want to do for the rest of my life. Hopefully next summer I'll be able to get a good job with better pay. T-Mobile is putting a call center in at Redmond and if I can, I'd like to get a job there. Got the experience...

But then again, I can't really plan for next summer... God tends to do things that I don't expect and totally changes my plans.

hmmmm.... well, Freshman Orientation is next week and I'm going to go and give them a hand. It should be fun. I'm leaving tomorrow for Seattle area to spend a couple days with some friends and then head down to Eugene on Sunday.

I found out who's going to be in my room. We're going to get #304 which is a four man room. Josh L. (the Celt!!) and Ryan W. are going to be in the back and Jason V. (a freshman) and myself are going to be in the front. While I'd really like to be in the back, I'm happy about the room and the roommate selection. Ryan and Josh are too guys that I got along with last year. We're all three pretty mellow and shouldn't have issues with loud music and etc. Don't know about Jason, but hopefully he's the quiet sort as well...

Man, it's going to feel soooo good to be back in Eugene.

Classes that I pre-resistered for:
Native American Lit. with Ms. L.
Music and Worship with Mr. B.
Beginning Greek with Mr. B.
Speech I with Miss. K.
Principles of Sociology with Mr. O.
Learning Skills with Ms. L.

Going to be a very interesting class schedule. I'm looking forward to Greek and Sociology the most. We'll see how I do with the homework. I'm really hoping for a 4.0 this term, but who knows whether I'll get it or not. My schedule is going to be jammed. I probably won't be able to do any extracurricular activities and that makes me sad. I really want to do Element X.

My family is letting me have the digital camera for a couple weeks so I should have some pictures to upload when I get the chance. Enjoy this one for now.
