Alot has been stewing in my head over this break. I didn't really have the outlet to write so most of the profound thoughts and witticisms are floating in Cali. However I have some new thoughts in my RAM right now... We'll see which ones come to surface.

It's interesting how you can feel good all week and then get hit with a headache and feel awful. It's a good thing that naps exist because taking a nap today really helped.

I think the biggest thing on my brain has to be the upcoming classes. I'm taking three MWF Classes: Greek, Pastoral Skills, and Pastoral Counseling, as well as one external studies class: Foundations of Western Civ, and then one Independent Study class with Mr. Burke: Theology III. If I can work it right, I can get through the ES and IS in about a month. Depends on the homework load for the other classes, but I'm hopeful. That'd slim the workload down for the last part of the term and I wouldn't have to worry about a lot of finals.

One thing I'm thinking about right now is what to talk about at Youth Group. I signed up for this wednesday thinking that I'd use the Break to prepare. Well, that didn't happen. so now I'm sitting here, Tuesday evening, knowing that tomorrow is packed, and really wondering what to talk about. We've covered some lifestyle issues in the last couple months, from trusting God in hard circumstances, to controlling the tongue. Now I'm lost on whether I should go with something similar, or what. I'm tempted to talk about the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts, but I really need to run that by my youth pastor before I speak on that. Mayhap I can talk about love and the different aspects shown in 1st Corinthians 13... Hmmm...

Break was good. It was nice to have other drivers for the long drive down. Josh drove on the way down and Joey drove on the way to Madras. I was happy to let them, 'cause I got to sleep!

One thing worth mentioning is that we went to the Charles M. Schulz Museum. I found it quite interesting to walk around and see the way his art and his characters changed over the years. It was also cool to see things from his life. There was a Nursery Wall illustrated by him, plus they had his study where he worked on Peanuts rebuilt in the Museum. The books on his shelves were interesting - commentaries and bibles. Very cool.

I have a lot of minutes on my phone now. If anyone wants to call me this term, tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekend are the best times.

It's Easter morning! Thank You, Lord. Thank You that You died for me and took my sins and saved me. Lord, thank You that You rose and made Your death count. Thank You that You live today. Thank You for the rain. Thank You for the good trip we've had. Thank You that I got to meet Josh's family. Thank You that I got to spend a couple days with my family. Thank You that we're starting a new term afresh and that You give us second chances. Thank You for all of my friends who are faithful to You. Amen.

I really want to update, but have been having problems thinking of things to say. It's been a very busy week and I'm so glad that I'm done with the term. I'm thinking I did okay and will get a decent grade.

Recent Sleep: 4 and 1/2 hours 'cause of staying over at Isaac's.

Recent Time Waster:Halo and Halo 2. Jason and I have been playing Halo 1 and Isaac and I played 2 last night.

Recent profound thought: Uh....

Recent trip plans: Take I-5 south to 505 and then to Josh's Mom's in Petaluma. Road trip tomorrow!!!!

I've been looking at cameras and it looks like Olympus will be the best brand. The C 765 is probably what I'll end up getting - when I finally save up the 400 to 500 dollars it'll cost.

Pray for me. One that I'll get all my homework done. Two that I'll be able to get out of the depression I'm in today. Three that I won't say hurtful things to my friends out of my depression that I'll regret later. thanks
