I was starting to feel a little panicked, as I realized we only have three weeks of class and a week of finals left. Then I sat down with my schedule and wrote out exactly what I have left. While there's a lot of reading, six papers, and several tests, I feel better. There's something about sitting down and making a list of what needs to be done. Very satisfying!
Okay, so I got two responses to my story, but what about the rest of you? What did you think? Constructive criticism is welcomed, but be nice.
I'm starting to pack for my move. You can tell that I'm a bookophile... I have the majority of my books packed and I think I have almost a dozen boxes! *laughs* I'm starting to want to take inventory of what books I have and most of the fiction books got entered when I packed them. I was in too big of a hurry to do that to the non-fiction books. When I get into my new apartment, my plan is to go out and buy some boards and some cement blocks at Home Depot. I'll then unpack my books, organize them, inventory them, and have a nice display of all my books.
March tenth can't come soon enough. I'm ready to have my own place and not have to make all those little compromises that you have to make when living with someone. I know that the day will come when I have a wife and life will be full of those, but right now I'm ready to live alone and without having to compromise! *grins* Not that Reece is a bad roommate. On the contrary I think he was the best guy for me to have an apartment with. We've had a lot of fun.
On the list to buy for my new apartment:
Well, time to go do some reading for Revelation.
