The lady called from OCCU. I didn't get the job. Apparently I'd do good on the customer service side, but they were concerned about my lack of sales skill. What gets me is that if the interview had been this week, I could have said that I was the top warranty seller that week. She suggested that I work on selling things while at Shopko. Oh well.
