I made spaghetti for dinner tonight. My family has always used the Western Family dry mix and that mix of spices seems just about right. I was thinking as I mixed it up, that it'd be cool to get the actual spices and make it from that. Thing is, it'd be difficult to replicate WF. I'd like to, because I have yet to find a store that stocks Western Family in Eugene. I know there should be one, but haven't walked into one yet.

I've discovered, actually quite awhile ago, that it pays to make up lunches on the weekend. That way you don't have to worry about putting a sandwich together either the night before or the morning of. So, currently, my lunches consist of a sandwich and a container of yogurt. I'm running out of sandwich toppings so will have to go grocery shopping soon. I like pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, meat and cheese on my sandwich. So tasty!

We're not supposed to have rain for awhile, so I'm considering making up a marinade and grilling the london broil that's been in the freezer for so long. That'd be a great meal for tomorrow... David will definitely be happy!

Why I just wrote a blog about food, I don't know...
